Incredibly run down and poorly managed hotel not worthy of it’s 4star ranking and an embarrassing reflection on it’s IHG brand Affiliation. Citywalk can also be a shuttle away with lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is modern day and clear, with great services. The rooms are spacious and also the beds truly comfortable.
